    I just went back and looked at the article E. The article needs to be edited. The picture in the article by Technology Today clearly has Desktop Manager with Version 5.0.1.16.

    This is nothing new here. We have had this leak up for some time.

    the tethering wont work on vzw either guys. or any other carrier that dont allow you to pay per use of tethering.
