Thread: Viigo updated to 3.1.454!!!!

Anyone tried it?....seems a whole world of improvement from the last version and its not a memory hog anymore and they did away with the home screen and its all combined with feeds now.Doesnt lag my berry at all now with this version.think this is what alot of people have been waiting for

?? When I tried to download it, it came up as .352...the same as I currently have.

EDIT: When I went to http://getviigo.com/news on the BB browser, it downloaded the new version. The other Viigo links take you to the older version.

I'd love Viigo if it could sync two way with Google Reader.

I would love Viigo if it wasn't such a memory and resource hog. Awesome app full of great potential.

When installing it warns that viigo for blackberry will be replaced with viigo virtual or something like that and I hit ok then comes up with warning somethings incompatible with my device all things might not work at which point I cancel but it does give the option to go ahead nyway .I'm on a storm 9530 with. 167 os .

I had to delete the old version off the storm then installed the new version. Such an improvement! fast and smooth - definately a good update!!

Has anyone else got those warnings and installed anyway?if I uninstall first will I lose all the rss feed pages I put in or will tose come back up after a log in?sorry for all the questions and thanx for the help.

Dave, if you uninstall and upgrade to a higher version of Viigo you will not lose your saved feeds. The new version will ask if your an existing user. Hit your username abd password and your good to go. As far as that error, it may go away after you uninstall the old version

Uninstalling did first then updating did the trick tanks for the help.it does run a lot smoother and faster but some of its other features have gone away,like if you had nfl channel then it had a live scores and standing feed and the nascar one had the previous weeks race results and season race standings other that that I like it. Thanks again
