Customer Manager (CRM) WITH Invoicing Ability

Can anyone recommend a good software package that will allow me to:

    Manage customer contacts
    Manage leads & prospects
    Invoice/Sales Order emailed while mobile
    Receive payments and email receipt

I've started looking into SalesNOW, but didn't see the ability to invoice a customer. There are times I complete the contract and would like the ability to email an invoice on the spot.

    Any recommendations?

    TIA

    I've got one!

Not to toot my own horn, but have you tried Simplifythis? It's a small start-up based out of Seattle. The Easy-Bill online invoicing application is user-friendly. Check out the demo for more info.

And if you (don't) like it...

...let me know. I'd love to get some honest feedback.

    hmmmmm....

Sounds interesting....I took a quick peek.....

Is there a way to integrate the invoices to quickbooks?

I didn't watch all the vids, so if my answer is obvious, i apologize

    Crm

I am currently using Zoho for my company CRM, the only challange is the mobile web interface is a little wonky.
I have been evaluating the latest from MaxamizerCRM 10, it is an upfront cost but it works out way cheaper in the long run.. plus it has an outstanding Blackberry application. You can send email from the application etc.

As for the payment side of things, we have used several different online/offline applications. When we were smaller we used Freshbooks.. pretty cool for invoicing etc.. but you have to use a payment auth company on the back-end....now we use PaySimple.. all the invoices are sent to the customer from CRM with a "PayNow" link. that shoots back to PaySimple, customer pays.. we get an email saying they paid.. aint it great.
