still doesn't work on .191os

Please uninstall any previous version of MeterBerry and reboot your phone prior to installing this version. Fixed problem affecting some BES users on OS version 4.7.0.148 that caused "Error Code: 5" message when attempting a device reset. If you still encounter errors when attempting a device reset, try again. Several resets may be required for permissions conflicts to work themselves out.

not sure...i can't use it :17: that was just the developers notes with the update

I think the only change was the BES issues, I did the upgrade and do not see anything else.

It still doesn't work on .191 :17: :lame:

Has anyone heard when App will be updated to work 100% with .328?

I have read giant cashew's statement where he said that the api are still limited and he believes its the OS bug. Now that an official 5.0 has been released, he is forced to update it. Just don't know how long it may take. I am waiting for it to be updated too. It works ok on .320 on storm2 for now, but I would love for reset to work as well.

It still does not reset device with .328:17:

I deleted old version as instructed, rebooted, installed new version and even rebooted again. I still have not found a way to reset without actually pulling the battery.

Same issue here with the reset. Fortunately on this OS a daily reboot isn't mandatory like some previous ones lol.

No offense to Big Cashew but they have lagged behind some of the other developers in getting caught up with OS 5.0. The JDE to fix this has been out there so I am still unclear as to why MeterBerry still is not compatible. There is another apps called Memory Eye which does almost the same thing as MB, the difference is it works

I have found that the reset device within MeterBerry does not work but if I go to QuickLaunch and select Add Item > Applications, I can add Reset Device as an application and for me that one does work.

Reset Device is a quick fix for now until MeterBerry is updated.....
