    good q'stion, I'm not a FB junkie (anymore lol) so I haven't used FB that came with BB OS, I tried it but didn't like it, but this app makes the views better so have only used it for a few hrs. But to answer ur q'stion, I don't think u do since it's not directly from FB. But like i said, i'm not 100% sure
