OK its been about 24 hours now that i DL the new edition & im still hanging pretty strong with my memory. Im at 41mb and havent noticed to much of a drop. I've gone down maybe 1 or 2 mb but i have been using my phone alot so seems ok to me. i even broke down and re'DL opera mini, currently praying to the storm gods to play nice with 5.0. Not sure if your running any themes but i know for myself they reak havoc on my memory.

sorry not much help but just thought id let you know how i was making out.

UPDATED : VER. 0.93
093 changelog (4.5 version will upgrades later)

1. *FIXED* after changed profile from “normal” to “quite” then changed back, the vibrate when ring function stop working.
2. *FIXED* when enables autolock feature, berryaddon will lock device when in holster.
3. *FIXED* when device in standby, firewell will not block private or unknown numbers.
4. The “block unknown numbers” and “block private numbers” option now came back
5. *NEW*, add advanced option in firewall, if berryaddon can not block private number or unknown numbers, you can try advanced option first, for example: when private number calls in, the phone screen displays private number as “withheld number”, so you should goto “Options”-”BerryAddon”-”Call Firewall”-”Advanced Option”, changed the string from:
Private Number: private number
to:
Private Number: withheld number
this option is not case senstive.

*ATTENTION* before install 0.93, please backup black/whitelist, emoticon using “Export” function, and after install 0.93, restore them using “Import function”

I didn't know you could back up your blacklist and then restore them. I lost them on the re install to 0.93. I'll know for next time

OP updated.

I can't find an official change log yet.
But what I have noticed in this update is:

1) Application now shows up on home screen, as well as a separate icon for Firewall. Not under Options anymore
2) Under Phone Call options there is a new option for Vibrate When Ringing

That's all I can see for now

Thanks for the heads up. Vibrate while ringing option has always been there if I'm not mistaken. I was happy with not having an icon on home screen. With the icon, I think the size of the app is gonna be bigger.

I think I like the separate Firewall icon. Makes it faster to block a phone number.
I'm sure you're right, but I don't remember seeing a vibrate while ringing option before, but my memory is pretty bad.

I notice 'add contact" in options. The app stay running in background now(app switcher).

Now this time I do remember, add contact was there before.
Mine doesn't stay running, make sure you close it when you're done.

deleted, reboot & reinstalled. The icon is still in app switcher, but when I click on it it does nothing. Weird

Turns out you're right on both accounts. My Berry Addon is running now in the background. Guess I didn't notice it before and nothing happens when I click on it in quicklaunch. I added it to my applications and still nothing

White list is for numbers that you only want to receive when you set the option to white list. Blacklist are for numbers you don't want to receive. To back either list, select the list and select export, then select where you want to export it to(sd card, system). To import after an update, select either white or black list>menu>import>wherever you saved it>white or black list>ok.

The only change I can see with this update is the removal of the home screen icons.
Let me know if you guys notice anything else. This might be last beta version before the name change and they start charging $19.95 for an annual subscription.

That's a good idea.
Unless there is some way they can turn it off, not sure how they would be able to do that though.

Anyone knows if there's any more beta versions as my 0.96.4 just stopped working and the link is down.
