Not that I have heard of yet I have been playing around with this quite a bit since downloading and so far beside the reverse look up bug with the Tour I haven't found one issue. So that is a good sign

it would be cool if someone could turn it in to a ota download for others to try somehow

With the size of the agreement that came with it I don't know that there would be many takers on that one

I have contacted the company and they are aware and trying to fix the issue. I didn't realize how much I used it until is was broken. In the mean time it will work if you run it from the app itself.
