Poynt Needs 500 Beta Testers

I got the email last night, and it says invalid link?! Both on computer and BB

no response yet here

No love from Poynt here either.

I imagine the 500 got filled pretty fast. I managed to snag one last night. I sent the email minutes after cs posted the link.

I love the restaurant search. Very nice addition. Shows reviews of the restaurant if one is available. Most of the ones around me had reviews. Very cool!

Thanks Nate for rubbing it in LOL. Yeah I use Open Table so I have that from BB App store but would have been nice to have that integrated. Anyway, I am sure it will be out in the wild soon enough. Glad you are liking it

I was hoping the reverse lookup through the bb menu would be fixed on this release but it is still not.

But the improved graphics and open table integration are very nice. So far it is running smooth.

Ok, this is what i got. I got my email from last night and the link came up 404. They now sent me another link and that one as well came up invalid too! Anyone have any other ideas?

Make sure you are trying what Cat suggested but remember once that link is clicked on it will not work for a second time. So both those links are no good anymore :(

Yup I tried both from my berry and nothing but the 404 error.

anyone know what they mean by Debug Console? The said that they need a dump.

The debug console is built into poynt and will "dump" all the logs fro poynt into an email you can send them. I thought you didn't get it installed though?

Didn't even notice that in there Bryan. But yeah, kind of hard to dump it if the link to install isnt working :lmao:

Wow sent email 4 hours after first post & received email today that they were already closed to new beta testers. That sucks! Any rough time frame for release?
