Thread: Blackberry App World Updated...yes AGAIN!

So last Friday, Blackberry App World was updated to version 1.1.0.11, and now, one week later, they are again upgrading to version 1.1.0.15. The exact changes that will come from the upgrade are not yet available, but hopefully the errors people were experiencing while loading or trying to run the application will be corrected!

It is suggested to remove the version of the application you have on your device, and then you can grab yourself the OTA or have the link pushed to your Blackberry device here!

I am still left disappointed that this is not supported in 5.0...I believe this is RIMs way of trying to punish us who is running the leaked OS.

Nice post Dream I don't use app world but good to know they are at least trying to fix issues.

Im not sure much was destined to change, since they had put so many changes into last Friday's release. I think this was to mainly help with the few issues experienced, which would be why the version number didn't change much. Just from .11 to .15

I have downloaded app world several times in the past few days. The download appears to go ok but no lanucher icon shows up on my phone.

have you checked your downloads and applications folders?

not in either of them. shows up on the applications list only
