    Help downgrading QuickPull Pro

    I would like to get rid of QuickPull v3 Pro and downgrade to QuickPull v2 Pro can anyone help me?

    rfirmi, i just checked and there is a touchscreen and non-touchscreen version available so you are probably correct. if you look at your app list once you log in does it confirm which one you purchased? i would just email them like jason suggested and see if they are sending you the wrong one

    Another idea I can suggest, is delete the current quick pull off your phone and if you have a recent back up, just restore the previous version thru DM.

    I received an email that told e to upgrade as well. It is for non-touch screen. I would recommend emailing them and explaining the situation. I am sure they will have no problem giving you the correct version of quick pull 3. There is no reason to downgrade you just have the wrong version. Best of luck and keep us posted on your findings.

    Yeh I saw that but from my painful prior experience of it not working since the link I always seem to get is for the "non-touch phones", I think I'm going to hold back...
