    Here is my first impressions.

    Device: T-Mobile Curve 8320
    OS: 4.5.0.161

Getting it installed was no problem. And it works so long as you have your APN set to epc.tmobile.com Leaving it blank or using wap.voicestream.com does not work. Now that I was able to load the app I could finally take it for a spin. A slow spin.

    • It is very slow.
    • It uses a ton of memory!
    • Everything looks compressed. Images and words have compression artifacts around them.
    • Text is hard to read unless you zoom in.
    • I love how you can type a letter to access menu items.
    • Also like that there is an option to mute audio.
    • YouTube works, natively!

I think the biggest thing is that YouTube works! I was able to play a video and hear it. While it was a little rough and slow going, it did work. One think I think should be added is the ability to zoom in automatically to a video thats playing. If the bugs can be worked out, this browser will be awesome!

Yeah and not a memory hog. Took me down from 45 to 36 in a matter of 2-4 minutes.

Are you connected via WiFi? I am using it via VZW's 3G connection and find the connection to be pretty quick. In regards to the rest of your comments, I def agree.

Good idea. I'll go try it over wifi after I do a battery pull and recover the memory it ate.

I still found it to be slow over wifi. It was faster, but still would have liked to see requests be quicker. Scrolling around is tedious in my opinion. I tested with the BBOS home page and scrolling down for more content was futile. I waited a long time for more content to load. I also wish there as an escape or stop button to cancel a request.

Yeah true, that being said perhaps that's price for having Flash, AJAX, etc. But when its released it will be much better. When I used to have the Nokia E71 it really flew.
