Thread: STORM & Mobile Banking Usage

I am using Mobile Banking service a lot. I bought storm 2 days ago. I just aware that when I want to use my mobile banking service from my provider, when it request the PIN number, storm is not showing a keyboard for me to type the PIN.

When I use OS .78, I accidently press the "green phone" key, and it works, the storm show the keyboard for me to type the PIN,

then I upgrade to .113 successfully, but I cannot type anything when using my mobile banking service from my bank

have you tried setting the keyboard as one of your side convenience keys?

Does that program work with TDBanknorth?

Ohh.. I found the way to my own problem....

I have to "show the keyboard" 1st before I run the application for my mobile banking services, then everything is ok, I can type my PIN. Last time I run the application 1st, then when it requested the PIN, I tried to "show the keyboard" and fail.

options/keyboard/then just pick a convenience key to set it to and pick virtual keyboard from the drop down list.

and the bb key works as well with show and hide keyboard like you stated.
