almost forgot one more how to place a call using GV
Google Voice: Dialer
The Dialer tab displays your recent calls and SMS activity. You can select any number, press the BlackBerry menu button, and choose to Call via Google Voice or SMS via Google Voice. You can also type in a new number and call or SMS via Google Voice.
