Thanks for the update Harly I have been mulling over the paid version as well.

VZ song ID takes up twice as much space as Shazam and VZ song ID takes FOREVER to hear a song. I finally tried actually using VZ song ID when I heard a awesome song on TV at the end of a show. It def. had plenty of time to listen but never gave me any results... the show (and song) was over and it was just "listening" away.... poo on VZ song ID!

Agreed. I have used Shazam since my iPhone days. I still use it weekly. It is a smaller size than VZ ID

shazam is my favorite app. i cant live without it.
