Also unlike a lot of other GPS app's there is less Typing & Re-Typing.
Live Tracking With TrackMe
You can also share you location with your friends as well, sorta like GoogleMaps.
All you have to do is send them a TrackMe. You can also set so they can only see you're for a certain quantity of time.
Best part as well they don't even need a Snikkr account to do all this!

This is one of the main reason, I love this app because like I said above, you can share your "Location."
Also your Status & Favorite Places you can decide how much to share with each friend and how long.
