    Anyone have success with Vymail

    I can not get this set up one my Storm
    I have a you mail account put still can get voice mails to my phone. I have tried changing setting but still will not push to phone

    I never had any luck with it. Had it loaded for a week or so, Then ended up downloading the the quick launcher for youmail. We can sure try to help you get it setup though. Where you running into trouble.


    Note: I'm gonna move this to the 3rd Party Software / Applications

    So does your voicemail now work on youmail or are callers still getting your verizon voicemail message?

    You mail will send me email when I get voicemail. But Vymail will not send to phone

    Have you looked at all of these?

    The first thing to do is to open VyMail, press the menu key, and select About. The last message on the screen should start with "Last result" followed by some information. That will generally be one of the following:

    Missing sign in data
    You have not yet entered your YouMail sign in data into the options screen. Open VyMail, press the menu key, and choose options, and enter the phone number and PIN number you use to sign in to YouMail.

    Invalid PIN
    The PIN number you entered is incorrect. When entering your PIN, be sure you do not hold the ALT or SHIFT keys, as this field defaults to numeric entry automatically.

    Sign in data changed
    You've recently changed your sign in data, and VyMail hasn't attempted to contact the YouMail servers yet. Press the menu key and choose "Sync now" to force an update. If the message remains for more than a few minutes, try resetting your device by pulling the battery. If it still remains, make sure that your phone number is entered correctly.

    Invalid phone number or Unregistered phone number
    The phone number you entered is wrong. Make sure there is not a "1" preceding the number entry. This must be the number you signed up to YouMail with (the same number you sign into their website with). There need not be any parenthesis or spaces

    Thanks that did it I had to enter my pin
