    BeBuzz 5.0.60 problems.

    Last week i updated my BeBuzz 5.0.45 to 5.0.60 via BlackBerry AppWorld.
    After update it is downgrade me to version 4.0.89!
    This version doesn't works. My license key once is valid, but when i try to "update" i see the pop-up that my key is not valid. I don't understand?
    I send two emails, made two tickets to Bellsare 5 days ago and no answer.
    I tried to download version 5.0.40 from Bellshare site, but by this version i cannot restore my settings. Now i have free version 5.0.55 from AppWorld (it is converted to license version), but this version doesn't support some apps, for example Facebook Messenger.
    What is going on with Bellshare. I paid for this app, it is not free, but support is not good!

    Yesterday i saw in AppWorld a new version 5.0.65
    I installed this application and this is what i have now:
    In application managment i see this:




    But in BeBuzz "about":


    And i have still 4.0.89, nor 5.0.65

    You are best bet is still with their support. Have you tried removing all versions rebooting and then reinstalling? Make sure you keep that keycode handy though support is going to want that.

    Yes i did it. I did everything and nothing helps. Bellshare doesn't reply to my tickets, emails, tweets. Nothing.

    10 minutes ago they send me an e-mail, that they closed one of my ticked because they didn't receive a response from me. I did it. I send them an e-mail at once they send e-mail to me.

    Dont want to throw slander their way but bellshare and me..... Not friends.

    When was your last back up via BB desktop manager?

    Try deleting and rst in appworld?
    Re download?

    Believe me. I did everything. Nothing helps and Bellshare.........worst company ever. Yesterday i found some topics in Bellsare forum about support, helps...there is no hope.
