I know there were some of our members that were having issues with the My Verizon app working properly. Will it looks like Verizon released an update on the 18th and it seems to be working just fine now. So if you want to give it another test run, or if you want your copy updated do the following:
Go to start.vzw.com on your phones browser or the browsers home page. Click on get apps and download.
