Thread: amAzeGPS not working...

it can't find GPS satellite, my GPS Location is on in settings, battery pulled, went outside, ect.... anyone?

Did recently change os? Every time I've
Changed my os, I've to back into permissions and
Set to allow. Also depending on which os I had
Similar problems for the first couple of
Days. I waited it out, because for some reason
Some apps just start workin after a couple
Of days. Slacker same thing.

With Amaze, i have found it could take up to 15 minutes the first time you try and get a signal, I left mine in the window of my car cam back in 20 minutes and it was on. This has happened to me on several os updates. If all you're settings are correct give it some time.

What I did to speed up the process on
Getting it work faster was , go into
Permissions change them to something else
Then went saved then change to allow again
Then bat pull. It seems to work for me.

jus found out that my gps wont work on other programs such as the gps logger at emacberry.com but it works on google maps... time to get a new os.... again!

I have a storm and had a locating problem once with amazeGPS, i actually had luck when i first ran google maps, then amazegps i dont know y but it located after that. I had the same problem with trapster and had to do the same thing. amAzeGPS interface is not made for the storm. It works but can take awhile to carefully select your destination without messing up.
