I use ubertwitter

i don't use twitter.....but did a search to see what the point was...for me i have an addictive personality and it would ruin me...never checked the memory on my phone til i came here...but back to the topic...do these different apps do different things? i mean isn't it all going to the same place?

Yeah they are essentially the same thing with some minor twists.

they pretty much all do the same thing, there might be some apps that might have a little more then another. But like you said there all going to the same place :-)

UberTwitter for a while now it's really great. The latest release (0.78) is much easier on my battery and has other cool enhancements.

I tried it... and for some reason my phone was very slow...so I deleted it and it's back to normal

On 0.78? Hmmm that's weird... it hasn't been a resource hog for me. I did have some issues when downgrading from 5.0.0.100 back to 4.6.0.282 but I deleted and did a clean install and all good. May be worth another shot, this app has almost completely eliminated my twitter use on the PC.

I agree, this got me away from TweetGenius so it has been great was a fresh install for me.

I am with you Morgan doesn't not cause any slow down for me and memory and battery are both pretty stable.

I just deleted ubertwitter for the 3rd time:lmao:

TweetGenius is nice, i really like it. But not optimized for the Storm yet and it killed my battery, Uber has been nice to me so far

We are talking storm here...not 5.0 Bold

I run uber. Like the app and I really dont notice a batt issue with it. Wont know for sure since I just loaded the 78. Will have to give it a little time.

I was using Uber Twitter then went to TweetGenius (it didn't seem to work as well), so went back to Uber for now.

Twitteryberry is dead simple, and opens right up to the point where you can immediately start typing a tweet. Fastest way to make an update. I've tried nearly every other app except TweetGenius because they want money and won't even let you try the app.

I tried tweetgenius and you aren't missing much LOL

The only thing I did like was it opened up to three mailboxes tweets, replies, and DM's which was nice and easy way of seeing everything.
