Poynt application for BlackBerry smartphones has updated to version 1.8.6.
Poynt now supports the BlackBerry Bold 9790, BlackBerry Curve 9380, including an update to the TeleNav library, bigger icons for BlackBerry touch devices, and other miscellaneous fixes.

- WhatGas (UK): time stamp on updated prices now represented by elapsed time instead of date.

This very well known application for BlackBerry smartphones, has so many features, such as looking up a business, people, movies, restaurants, gas, events, maps, or pairing it with the BlackBerry PlayBook.
I have personally used Poynt, which has helped me immensely to find places, contacts, and I think my favorite feature is the gas price feature/stations (when in Canada) or to save contact details to my device (better than to copy the details one letter/word at a time)?
