App Stalker is available as a free download and shows you recent BlackBerry apps that were moved from paid to free, or experienced a significant price drop on BlackBerry App World. Do I need a blackberry data plan for this .. I have wifi alone with social network an its not loading up any appz

I'm guessing that since it's based off of App World that you will need a BB data plan.

Have you tried a battery pull to see if the app will atleast show?

Reboted still no work all I getting is stalking apps please wait.. I'm a leave it an go sleep to see if any change

That's because themes go Free more often. Keep a close eye for the apps.
