    ya thats the way java loader did it... but b4 we were gonna backup with javaloader and load with bbdm with the alx we are working on finding a solution

    I am having trouble getting it to connect to my Storm. I finally got it to connect and when I did wipe device I got the popup it had completed but nothing happened on the storm. Any ideas what might be going on?

    Try restarting your PC, then reconnect your storm and try again. Once BBSAK is successful, you should get "Reload Software 507" on your storm

    I have wipped my phone a 100 times. I did it this morning with JL. I have rebooted the PC with no luck.

    Sorry, I am trying to come up with a solution for ya Have you tried pulling battery out, connecting to PC, then reinserting battery and running bbsak at same time?

    Try this way: back up everything: phone AND 3rd party apps. Do a security wipe on phone. So from phone, go to options, security options, general settings, bb key, wipe handheld. Once this process is over, your phone will be pretty much reset to factory settings; then try Bbsak wiping, etc.

    Quick question on a side note for you: what is the reason for you trying to wipe phone?

    The reason I ask is everytime you change OS on your phone, loader wipes as if you watch closely, you will see a brief flash of "Reload Software 507" on screen and then process continues. I only recommend wiping if you have issues.
