A pop up confirmation, or notification when the wipe is done might be a nice addition if your still diddling with it.

Try deleting it from your PC. Then reboot, reinstall and try reconnecting. I have been liking it very much. Much simpler to use than JL commander.

for now you need to have blackberry desktop manager installed also... we are working rapidly to change this and make it a truely stand alone application

I tried downloading it but the site keeps saying I do not have permissions to access the files. Yes I did register to the site.

I tried to take screenshots with version 1.1 but it doesn't do anything. I'm running Windows 7 (Build: 7231).

Any suggestions?

There have been a couple of issues reported with one of the mirror sites. Would you kind trying to DL the app once again and this time try mirror site 3.
Thanks. Please let us know if this took care of your issue. I believe that the mirror 3 site does not require a registration. That is the site I used.

Yesterday I did some screen shots with that app and all worked as stated it would. I'm on XP however. Are you seeing the BBScreenies folder that is created in MS Office Picture Manager? If you open Picture Manager then look to the left you should see a drop tree. My folder is under Recently Browsed.
