Blackberries have now become an extension of yourself and your office. At times these devices do come up with some issues requiring expert attention. The situation gets frustrating when the average BlackBerry user attempts to explain the situation to the expert due to technical limitations. Anyone else use this app before?

As a highly mobile BB user with 5 devices to manage, I would love to see some screen shots, the sparse info provided so far is mildly interesting, but I want a little more before I head out to Mobibizhelp.com.

No, I had not heard of it. I have a handful of BB's I manage at work. Currently primarily through a company called Notify Corp for email and calendar. This looks interesting though.

We have a great team like no other, and we hold a higher standard than other BlackBerry sites when it comes to respecting each other in the community.

BTW, you are only two more posts away from being able to post pictures and links.

I'm going to try out the app as soon as I get the time. Does it support every native application? Also, do we have to type on the BlackBerry itself or is there a virtual keyboard on the screen?

At the moment it does not have a virtual keyboard and you have to use the Blackberry keyboard, it supports all commonly found BlackBerry OS versions, and it does support all native applications on the device, that I have tested.
