    Remotely access Blackberries

Blackberries have now become an extension of yourself and your office. At times these devices do come up with some issues requiring expert attention. The situation gets frustrating when the average BlackBerry user attempts to explain the situation to the expert due to technical limitations. The available tools for a remote connection offer just remote connection of the devices, while MobiBizVNC Blackberry helpdesk offers not just a nifty, easy to use remote connection tool but also a competent helpdesk egar to assist. All this and more without any contracts or subscriptions!
    Please check mobibizhelp.com

For more information on how to install and use MobiBiz, check out this link:

For you to see what the app looks like, we have also posted some screenshots of the app, and of installing it:

    Installing the app:

And here are some showing what the program looks like once you've installed it on your PC and BlackBerry:

As a highly mobile BB user with 5 devices to manage, I would love to see some screen shots, the sparse info provided so far is mildly interesting, but I want a little more before I head out to Mobibizhelp.com.

No, I had not heard of it. I have a handful of BB's I manage at work. Currently primarily through a company called Notify Corp for email and calendar. This looks interesting though.

MobibizVNC is available both in BIS and in BES versions on the BlackBerry App store, also over the air (Apologies for being unable to post the links) . Once the application is downloaded on to the device, you need to activate it on the device using a secure access PIN number. Complete details and user’s manual can be found on our website.

The design of the application facilitates ease of access and a highly advanced GUI as can be seen on the screenshots. Devices can be remotely accessed from any internet connected PC using a web browser.

MobiBizVNC has been available on BlackBerry AppWorld for slightly over a month now. It has already been download about 800 times and is being actively used by hundreds of small businesses across the world.

Remote Control is free for try out for 7 days.

    Mobile Helpdesk:-

Our helpdesk solutions are On- Demand, without any subscriptions or contracts, our motto behind positioning our BlackBerry solutions is to deliver satisfaction as and when required. Require assistance for a team of 10 or a 100 BlackBerry users, usually that would mean to invest in either a dedicated Blackberry helpdesk or to outsource the whole support solution and eventually end up footing collosal bills. Our solutions are based on incidents, to know more please visit our website (mobibizlive.com)

I take this opportunity to thank the forum members and moderators for their continued support and interest in our product. I also wish to thank everyone here for their overwhelming support, I have been a part of several forums and associations but I have never seen moderators assisting new users so proactively. If I were to rate this forum I would rate this 10/10. Thank you people again. Special note of thanks to sabisgeek. As he offered to assist me in posting links.

We have a great team like no other, and we hold a higher standard than other BlackBerry sites when it comes to respecting each other in the community.

BTW, you are only two more posts away from being able to post pictures and links.

    That's our job!

I'm going to try out the app as soon as I get the time. Does it support every native application? Also, do we have to type on the BlackBerry itself or is there a virtual keyboard on the screen?

At the moment it does not have a virtual keyboard and you have to use the Blackberry keyboard, it supports all commonly found BlackBerry OS versions, and it does support all native applications on the device, that I have tested.
