Not too long ago there was a official release for Twitter for BlackBerry with v1.1.0.12, and now shortly after has come the leaked v1.1.0.13. This version gives the UI a few enhancements and the home screen icon has been changed from the letter 'T' logo to the Twitter Bird. Take note that this version is ONLY compatible with OS 6! If Twitter app asks you for a keycode, install official, log in to app, then install OTA.

Tried to be a beta zone member and managed to be one. but in there im not eligible for this program.
I cant install it either, even with the "Ensure you are logged in to Twitter" instructions.
It still demands a key code.

nope no good. Needs a key code. there should be one available in a couple of weeks thru Beta Zone
ok delete the cods for 1.0.1.12 and install 1.0.0.13 and use the old key code for 1.0.0.5 (july 2010). Working so far
how do you find the keys
