From the official BlackBerry Blog announced select Beta Zone users from the US will begin to receive the BlackBerry Radio app. Inside BlackBerry states...

"BlackBerry Radio is not a traditional radio app, but instead works with multiple radio apps to make the process of finding and listening to radio on a BlackBerry® smartphone quicker, easier and more integrated by presenting a sampling of services from some of our most popular partners."

They go on to mention that the 4 key features that outline BlackBerry Radio are; simple discovery, easy access to radio apps for more stations and features, seamless integration into the BlackBerry Media Experience, and trying out services at no additional cost. You will also be able to sample various preset stations even if you aren’t subscribed to the partner services.

The lack of Canadian support for this app is sad

They'll have Canadian support shortly. It's being rolled out like blackberry traffic

Yes, sorry for not pointing that out, but Canadian users and US will be the only countries to receive the Beta.
