GoogleVoice updated to 0.2.03

i have had over the last week had gv randomly (i think) record 2 of my calls.... i checked my phone to see if i pressed a button and i didnt and asked the person on the other end the same thing and they said not sure how to check that..... 2 seperate people, the only constant here is i was talking to people on government installations. mabey theyre monitoring communications?
or mabey my regular line is tapped and gv is telling on them?
