Thread: ??? Download Failed: 907 Invalid COD???

If there is one bill I miss in the mail, its my Verizon bill, and thank goodness for the My Verizon app to pay my bill. I just set it on my calendar and pay the bill anywhere I am when my alarm goes off...... Well, its that time again! When I opened up My Verizon I got a pop up saying an Upgrade was available. If you don't upgrade, the app automatically closes. Being forced to upgrade in order to keep paying my bill through this app I ran into an issue. I select to upgrade, then I get a pop up letting me know its gonna replace modules, surprise. After that I get this pop up that reads,"The download module is incompatable with data already stored on device. Ugrade anyway(some applications may not function)?" I select to upgrade anyways. Then I get a download failed box, and when I select details it says,"907 invalid COD" What does this mean and how do I fix it? Could it be something in the OS, or is it just a quick click-n-fix? If anyone can help I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

Call Verizon and get that taken care of. If they don't mail you a bill and you can't login to pay your bill online, then your phone would get shut off which would NOT be a good thing, lol.

Have you tried to uninstall the app and then re downloading?

I thought about that too. I can't remember where I downloaded it from, I thought it was from StormOTA but rite on the page it says that its not compatable with my device. I'm using a 9530! Know where a link to download may be? I'm doing some searching now.

Don't worry Shimmy, I already paid over the phone, hahaha.

If you never changed your BB homepage in your browser, that will take you to the Vzw landing page. If you go under media store my Verizon will be there along with others. Here is the link. My Verizon

So, I ended up just deleting the app since it was not doing its job as is, and low n behold, after a reboot the icon was still there! Obviously a pushed app from Verizon, lol- I feel dumb. Never was able to find a link to download it, so if anyone else has this issue......... IT IS A PUSHED APP! Thanks again!
