Lookout is a new app for BlackBerry which aims to increase the security on your device in multiple ways. Lookout contains an anti-virus feature which will scan your system to find malicious files as well as block scans and exploit attempts from outside sources. It also contains an OTA backup feature for your data, pictures, SMS, music, videos and more as well as the ability to locate your device remotely from any web browser. If you are unable to retrieve your device, you can also delete all of your data remotely. Lots of neat features included in the app. It's in Beta now, so keep in mind that all features may not be functioning exactly as planned yet.
