I have done that I see the mute settings for each day of the week but there is NO option above it to click or highlight. I have this on both a 9530 and a 9550 and NEITHER shows this option as shown in the earlier screenshot.

harley do you have the correct version loaded? when you bought the upgrade where you given a 12 digit code?

Yes I got the new version and code

I am going to try and delete and reinstall now
