I was lucky enough to just do a battery pull and it showed up on my homepage.
I had used backup assistant before on one of my dumb phones and when I backed up the first time today it added all the contacts from then to my current contact list. Had some duplicates to edit and some from then that I no longer needed but it worked flawlessly.
Thank you. Great news guys. I will try a battery pull.

I resent my service books and it popped up. When you back up here - where does all your stuff get stored? I never heard of FusionOne. Anyone familiar with this or have an answer? TIA
BTW- is there a charge for doing this?
When you backup your contacts with Backup Assistant all of your contact info gets stored on a VZW Server. When you login to your My Verizon Acct. and then click on contacts it will show you all of your contacts that you backed up using Backup Assistant. VZW does not charge a fee for Backup Assistant :).
Showed up on my homescreen...
Use the link provided above, it works!!!
The link finally worked! Thank you Kbizzels. I now have it on my Storm 2. Great job everyone getting that link.

Showed up out of the blue and was hidden just like all the other garbage they push to our phones, what is the purpose of this when I already have and use Desktop manager. If it did more than contacts it might be useful, just more cludder. These are just my thoughts and opinions so to anyone who can benefit from this enjoy, just seems like their trying to score brownie points.
