When I was on my BIS account, the FB app would connect to my contacts and update profile pics, phone numbers, etc, but since I have moved to the BES, I can't connect calendar or contacts. Anyone else run into this? How did you fix it, or can it be fixed?
Oh, but there is...<insert evil laugh>ha ha!</evil laugh> LOL I am the BES Admin.
I have gone and set all permissions as allow. I had to do that on PatternLock and Meterberry. So for simplicity sake, I just opened my BB to full allow. I was just curious if anyone else had come across that and if they had fixed it.
I am just learning about it. We got the new BESX implemented last month and are working to figure it out and keep things going as smooth as possible. So far so good. But we are learning the quicks like permissions and how they are affected. BES may not allow access to the contact list. I tried asking over on FB but never got a response.
