After reading a review of your product I thought I would give it a go.
It appears to be a fantastic idea which I could use very well.
In addition, 30 Gb of free storage, is fantastic.
BUT:
I have a 9500 which i have loaded your software onto for one click access.
Unfortunately it does not get past the sign in process.
It lets you put in your username and password but that's it. It gets stuck and forces a battery pull.
I am able to access the site and my documents via my mobile web browser which is good.
I have even managed to download a document to my phone from the cloud.
Unfortunately again, when I changed the name of the document to save it onto my phone it failed to download.
If I left it as it was (not the original name I gave it) it succeeded to download.
Again this is nearly good.
What is not good is that i have three (3) documents in my space within Glide 4.
I have uploaded over thirty (30) documents to see how it works.
Where are they and why do they not show up? Does someone else have access to my documents? (guys dont worry its all stuff anyone can see on the net)
The images on my phone look like Tom aged 4 and 3/4 drew them. Very sloppy.
You would have been better to engage someone with theme building experience (no not me) who can create apps and themes using icons. If your product was meant to be used on a blackberry the images would fit the screens. They do not, having to zoom in to see what's what. The buttons do work though.
Now I have logged in using the mobile web page i am trying one last time to use the app.
I have the "Please Wait" after i have put my username and password in.........
Yes I am still waiting..........
Nope it has locked my phone up once again. Four battery pulls now.
I have learnt that I can not exit out of this screen but I can change applications (No I was wrong about this), so maybe (and im no expert) its something to do with the logging on process to your servers? (just a suggestion).
I would love this to be a viable product. In fact i can use it now, and shall do so, but not to the extent I would have liked to. And i shall not be punching the button on your "Glide Engage" button on my blackberry again anytime soon.
