Basically google is trying to take a stab at facebook. This is b/c there have been talks of a native facebook email client which is supposdely "the gmail killer" lol. I would never trust facebook for email. And google will never replace facebook as a social networking client. When I woke up this morning, I had the buzz option in my gmail & I did set it up. Personally I have no use for it. If there was a way to have private group chats, I could see some groups of friends or co-workers using it, but as of now there isn't. I guess wave can do that but very few have wave. And there are very few mobile apps out to support it. They should really be focusing on a BBM-like app w/ group chat that can be used across BlackBerry, Android, iphone, etc. Right now there's nothing like that. There is partychat, but there is no picture posting functionality. And partychat wasn't developed by google. It was developed by an employee that runs it on a server out of his apartment.
We pull batteries, swap bezels, break contracts, and stay up all night. We change OSes like we change underwear. If our phones could make us fly, we still wouldn't be satisfied. We're cut from a different cloth. A better breed. We are BlackBerry.
