    VZW Launches VZ Navigator 5.0

VZW today launched VZ Navigator 5.0 for the Blackberry Curve 8530 only...so far, ( they say it will be available on additional devices in the coming weeks).

Available from Verizon Wireless for $9.99 / mo or $2.99 for a day.

Has Facebook integration, Roadside Assistance, and Streaming data along with an updated easy-to-use interface.

If you check it out, please leave your feedback here...

    Enjoy ...

Does anybody have an OTA link for the new VZ Navigator?
Friendship is a lot like peeing in your pants. Sure a lot of people can see it but it is only you, who can feel the true warmth.

The application gets pushed to your device by VZW as a launcher.
Once you enable the launcher you will need to purchase the subscription for the service.

+1 on that. Can't justify paying for something that another service offers for free. Guess I'm a cheap b**tard.
Have you ever wondered why things intended to make our lives simpler keep getting more complicated to use?

    Talking VZ Navigator

If I'm going to pay for a GPS service on my phone, I want as much bang for my buck as possible and I want to spend as few of those bucks as possible. That's why I went with TelNav. It's not nearly as expensive, especially when purchased long term, I bought a 4-year deal. It works great and I can use it on different BBs if I switch phones. As a matter of fact I already did. Purchased the app when I had my Storm and had no problems using it on my Tour after I upgraded. :1244:
