    KlickTel 4.4 beta released

Yes, I know, this app is not useful for most of you. So, why is it up here? Well, because I really like what it does for me here in Germany and I hope, that other developers and/or companies might consider to develop something comparable for every single country in the world. KlickTel is a free phone-book driven search for many things around you. Not only GPS-enabled but also using fast cell phone triangulation, pushing the burger button immediately results in the display of all fast-food restaurants, such as Burger King, McDonalds, and the like, in your next vicinity. Same accounts for e.g. fuel stations, banks, emergency hospitals, hotels, just everything near you, that you've might require...

If in Germany right now, here's the link for direct (OS > 4.7) download:

Well, Poynt is optimized for movies and internet search, while this lil' app has much more preconfigured searches assigned to individual buttons - on the main screen there are 12 buttons, if you press e.g. the one for restaurants, 12 more buttons are displayed to look specifically for lets say Chinese food, Italian, and so on... so it is much more comfortable - and, since it is searching in its one "phone book server", it is extremely fast - you get a result in less than a second with e.g. matching emergency hospitals in your vicinity...
