Ubertwitter is up to version .951 (& Counting)
,I sent a feedback on some options I would like to see added, which were ,,,,,,backup/restore & automatically startup on device reboot. They email me a link with version .951. The options I suggested weren't in there. They fixed the list issue I had which was I could only view a few tweets & I couldn't load any more no matter how many times I hit load more. They added the account name next to home in the Uber bar. I haven't gotten around to playing with it much cause it was late. I'll post a copy of the email & probably a picture when I get up for work. (posting from opera),,,,,,
This is the email they sent, not sure if the link is username specific. Might get an error.
Please download this version, it fixes a number of issues, likely this one also:...................

Reason: beta link removed
That's actually the beta that leaked a few months back... I believe they are much further in build numbers for the beta testers. You may have your fixes coming... But it will be after an official release. Hulkster over at BerryAddicted was able to get some of the builders time to ask him some questions and find out where Über was headed. You might jump over there and read that thread.

Okay, cool. I'll check out that post. It's weird how it's a few months old, but they released version .945. At least this fixed an issue I had. Thx for the reply.
That is incorrect. The current test build is .951, which has been available to beta testers for only about 4 or 5 days. This isn't the one that leaked back then.

If you are having any trouble with reboots or JVM 529 error, this .953 release may be what you need.
Uninstall your current version, and download .953, then do a battery pull.
.953 is very close to a public release if all goes well with testing. They're just trying to iron all the wrinkles out before the public customers get notifications to upgrade. These people will expect a quality app with ZERO defects. And this, my friends, is why it is still in testing, but has been permitted (by the developer) to be posted here. AS LONG AS EVERYONE KNOWS THAT THERE COULD BE ISSUES WITH THIS TEST BUILD.
In other words: the developer has allowed us to leave the link up because it could help those having problems, but everyone must be aware that it may not be perfect yet (aka ready to be publicly released).

Reason: hoping to clear up any confusion...
I was deleting a few old emails I had on my storm & realized I had saved the email Uber had sent to me. I clicked on the link & on the download page it says version .956. I'm downloading it now. I'm assuming previous links in this thread will take you to current version download.
Seems like Uber is still hard at work, it's now up to .957. Haven't noticed any difference so far, so I'm assuming it's all about bug fixes.

UT .958 available
Now it is already gone to .958.
What I've learned today, that I had to clean my browser cache to get it...
Installing .958 as I am writing...if it is like the others, it will run very well.
Nothing new to say about it (.958)... just that the way you select files for attaching is improved, especially if you have a lot of pictures stored on your device.
I'm surprised there still hasn't been a public release yet. Maybe there are some n00b testers doing something wrong - like running one of the 100,000 frankenstein OS's created by some overnight hybrid "expert" (not talking about anyone specific) - and that's why they can't get to the bottom of this!!

Reason: its a secret
Thanks for adding "& counting". I downloaded .959 this morning. Haven't noticed anything different as yet.
