    Sirius XM On Your Berry?

For those of you unhappy with the current selection of streaming media players, there may be a dash of light on the horizon. Orbitcast is reporting that a "Sirius XM Radio" application will be available for select BlackBerry devices "during the month of January". According to the report, the initial launch will provide an app compatible with:

    • Storm 9530
    • Storm 9550
    • Bold 9000 & 9700
    • Tour 9630
    • Curve 8900/8520/8530

Again, this is for the initial launch. There is no word on whether an application will be available for other devices, or when. Additionally, Sirius XM on your Berry will be part of your current paid premium online service.

Does this sound like the app for you? Are you "jonesing" for some XM action? Let us know what you think right here at BlackberryOS!

Yeah I agree. I downloaded both Orb and Sirius Streamer, but have zero clue how to do the necessary steps to allow me to listen to my Sirius subscription via my Storm 2. Any step by step guides?

If it is truly an extension of your paid online account, they should.

This will be great for listening to Sirius at work since I can't stream sirius over the work network. Now, if I can get them to allow my camera phone in.... One more challenge.....
