Thread: Flick Scrolling Contacts

Is there any apps or anything to mimic the Iphone scroll feature on the 9530?

Not yet, I believe it needs to be integrated into the OS.

It has been requested a lot, and I think it would be helpful to many.

If RIM listens maybe we will see it.

I really would like this when scrolling through the pics. I have too many.

Although it is much better since the .75 days

Oh yah, this type of app would be perfect for fliping through pictures..

this would be awesome to see on an os-wide scale. hopefully the people at rim will listen, as i know this is a pretty common wish from storm users.

One of the best scrolling programs for all your contacts makes alot faster. I think its 4.99 they just gave it a upgrade so now your pics for contacts show up you can also try before you buy.

Neo, have you tried Poynt. Whe you select for say movie theaters or restaraunts, a feature in poynt is that the list actually scrolls, and i'm not sure if it's a feature or just something in the software, but if it can flick scroll i would think someone could develop an app that could accelerate the pic scrolling or browser scrolling, mfg:

Just googled it and downloading now. They had a message its available via BB app world.

I had it for a bit. There are some other programs that have it integrated into the program. So it is possible, just not for the base OS yet.

I bought it, I like it, but I wish they could integrate it into the os a little better. So that when I go to my contacts from the phone, or text screen, or even the contacts icon on the home screen, this would come up. You HAVE to go through the accelodex icon to use this feature. Don't get me wrong, it's an awesome app! Just wish I seemed as if it were actually a part of the os ...OR ACTUALLY BE a part of the original os.

I am not one to jump so quickly on a app but I downloaded the trail and within 5 minutes, I went and bought it.
