Thread: BerryWeather updated. 2.0.65

The update contain some bug fixes. (via bellshare tweet).

Thanks for the heads up. Just checked the bellshare forum and pfluger posted the following changes:

- Fixes homescreen icon settings not showing on OS 4.6 and lower
- Fixes bug where updates keep cycling and draining the battery when on bad network reception

Still not working for me. Using GPS on BW it tells me I am roughly 90 miles from where I live. While the UI of 2.0 is nice been disappointed with these latest builds. Not only is GPS off but the weather is significantly off.

I haven't had that issue....either one...GPS shows where I currently am and the weather has been within a degree or two. I'm still on 2.0.54 though. Now wondering if I want to upgrade....hmmm:hmmm:

Sorry I should preface by saying this only happens on my 9550. On my 9530 and 9630 BW works fine.

You and I may have to compare notes. Mine has been fine except there for a while it was extremely long update times.

I have installed and the location is working fine on my 9550.

Holy Merry Christmas!!!! This update has given my battery another 1-2 hours of life!!! I went from draining about 4.7 to 5.0% to 1.8%.

That's great to hear. Thanks dlsolo. I'm hoping my poor battery life was more related to BerryWeather rather than OS .428 on my 9550. We'll see. Just updated.
