Has anyone used this software?

I use it and it saved my ass on vacation when I bricked my Tour and had to reload the OS with my desktop manager back-up 1000 miles away...placed all contacts/e-mail/SMS/events back without a hitch. I have it set to do a daily backup at 4am.

Although I haven't needed the other features yet, I verified that the other tools do work...ping, wipe test, remote listen, etc.

I would recommend it.

I use this, and love it!
I love knowing I can blow up my phone data from any computer if I loose or have my phone stolen.

Have you used the love one locate feature?

I personally do not use that. It would work the same as locating your phone if it was lost for example. Your loved one would be able to access their account and find you on a map. They would not have access to the remote wipe, ping, or listen in features.

This feature would be fantastic if you have teenagers that you were trying to keep up with.

So I could add the other blackberry that I have on my account to this and track it?

I think it is a per BB device service. You would need to buy a subscription per BB device. Email Customer service and ask if they have a family rate if this is what you are trying to do.

It's definitely per BB device service. Each BB requires its own subscription just like what Aztec stated.

I've been a SmrtGuard user ever since their inception a while back, and use all the features from time to time- except for remote Wipe as I have never had to use it just as yet.
