Thread: Where's bbOSalerts

Where is everyone at, at bbOSalerts? On vacation? I've been emailing them for almost two days to get a new activation code for my replaced Storm2. Usually they get back to you real fast but now not even an acknowledgment. It makes me wonder if they are getting my emails.

Hmm.. what is the address you are using? and did you buy it through mobi hand?

I'm not sure which address i'm using. I listed two. Either bill951@ or wsaunier@. I didn't get it through Mobihand. I got it when it first came out with the promo through here, I think. i wish it was listed through mobihand.

Its been awhile since I set it up. I'm not sure which one I used.

Check your SPAM folder to see if it was sent there. I know they have been a little behind but they do get caught up nightly.

Well, I got my new activation code. Thanks jnepsa, if you had anything to do with that. What i need now is a copy of the software. Know where I can get a copy?
