Got my upgrade email from mobihand !!!
I see no change at all on my Storm with this update
@marckatz
Other members have made mention that Advisory Notifications have played havoc on their devices so this may resolve the issue.
Maybe I e-mailed the wrong address, but I waited a week and sent another and no one has replied yet. I hit the send e-mail button from the store I purchased it from which puts my order number in the subject too.
I will give it a little more time and try that e-mail address i guess. I must have been sending to support@
@MajikUF
I'll get in touch with the BellShare representative to see what he can do for you.

@MajikUF.
Let's see if I can help. Firstly for our CS it's customerservice@bellshare.com. The one for the storefront might be for the storefront's CS.
What's up? How can I help? Send me a PM or repost.
Bellshare - Premium Blackberry Apps
Well thanks and that's a very sweet theme Nate!
Should but it in the store![]()
My original question was on post #23. http://www.blackberryos.com/forums/s...tml#post164302
I contacted the customer service e-mail this time instead of support, I guess we'll see what happens there. Feel free to get involved as little or as much as you see fit.![]()

So I think I can officially rate the bellshare customer support as sh***y. After sending the customer support an e-mail on the 12th, they opened a ticket on the 16th. At this moment, the ticket is still open with no resolution.

@MajikUf
Seems like you have your resolution.
In an earlier statement that you posted, you stated that you would not be mad.
The cutoff date for the free upgrade was Oct 15th.
I realize that you feel like you should receive a response. I would expect one as well.
At the end of the day, you missed the cutoff date.
