Thread: SocialScope still sending out invites?

Does anyone know if SocialScope is still sending out invites? I signed up about 3 months ago (and again a month ago with another e-mail address) and haven't received anything from them yet. Another friend signed up at the same time I did the first time and he received his after a couple weeks.

Just curious if anyone knows if they've stopped doing invites or if anyone has an invite code they would be willing to give?

I don't think anyone has heard anything from them in months.

I waited for months as well and was lucky enough to receive it from a friend. I don't think they are sending out any invites. As a matter of fact, they don't even respond to questions. All in all a pretty poor PR job on their part.

I am too in the same situation.
I have e-mailed them on various occasions and on Nov 9th I got a reply.

Hello AGAIN,
I've been waiting for months now. I've stayed loyal to Socialscope because i've heard it's a good program.Please could someone be honest with me and let me know if this is ever going to be released?
If it's not, I understand and will invest in another program like IM+.
I just don't want to purchase that and then SS is relased.
A lot of my friends have it in beta format, can't i purchase that?
Please could you give me some feedback so then at least I will know.

We are working hard to get the application ready for release. We have not stopped work on it and we think it will be worth the wait when it is released. Development can be unpredictable (especially on the BlackBerry) and so we do not have an exact release date yet.
SocialScope will be free when it is publicly available. It is your choice if you wish to purchase something else, but we are working very hard to get this application ready as soon as we possibly can..Believe me, we want as many people using it as possible, but not before it is ready.

I've put in 3 requests since early july and sent several emails as well. It just pisses me off that plenty of ppl are probably using it that could care less about providing feedback and many who would are left in the dark.

Yeah it's really annoying.

Let's hope it releases soon!

i would love to get my hands on an invite too, i applied months ago...still heard nothing.

I have a reminder and have been requesting an invite every 2 weeks for 5 months. Zero response.

I emailed them everyday for a month straight. Finally got an invite. A good friend of mine did the same and got nothing. A co=worker is still waiting. I think it's a luck of the draw. I would suggest waiting cause there are days that SS just doesn't work. Can't log in or nothing.

I've given up on SocialScope, while lots of people really like it...I can't see myself continuing to follow-up with them without being overly annoying, just to get an invite.

UT seems to do the job, and quite well (There are some things I'd like to see...but..) so I'll be sticking with it. Shame it doesn't do FB updates, then there would be absolutely no reason for SS at all.

I was invited to Socialscope about 2+ months ago and have been using it every since. Its a very nice program and stable. There has only been one update since I've been using it. I guessing they will be inviting more people in the near future but who knows.

Right now Socialscope is intergrated into Facebook and Twitter. I hope in the future they had more social sites etc... Very nice program.
