    Seesmic for BlackBerry released

Here is some interesting news that some of you Twitter addicts might find interesting. Seesmic is a great desktop Twitter app and now they have released v1 of its own Twitter app for BlackBerry today. It's only available for devices running 4.6 or higher and shows as being in alpha stage for Tour, Storm & Storm 2. With big hitters out there like SocialScope, UberTwitter and TweetGenius, how will Seesmic stand up? Well, it might not be as flashy as the others but it does include the ability to view lists. But don't take our word for it. Try it out for yourself!

I downloaded it onto my Storm1 with OS 5.0.0.323 BBC v10 and couldn't get it to accept my credentials. I went through the "Approve this and that" screens, but it kept rejecting my credentials. Had to uninstall. Oh well. I'm a SocialScope guy anyway. What more could I need?

I didn't download Seesmic, but I am waiting for SocialScope to come out of beta. From what I've seen, that program is the way to go.

    Cool working fine

I've just upgraded to Lyricidal's 348/351 hybrid on my S1, and then installed Seesmic and it works fine....compared to other programs, i've tried Socialscope, ubertwitter it doesnt use as much memory at all, its fast on load...it still has some minor deficiencies compared to others but then again its in Alpha mode...it has potential....i got rid of SS coz i closed my facebook account so there was no need for it plus it chews memory...uber was good i just wanted to give this a try....

Anyone know a way to get the indicator from showing up on the Storm 2? Even when the messages are 0 the indicator displays that.

I have a hard time reading the tweets with my bifocals. I like the look, but need to be able to adjust the font.
