Thread: My Most Ideal Application!

My most ideal application would be a Location Profiler or Profile by Location that runs the whole phone depending on your location with 3rd party apps via GPRS. This would be a large program non the less but I would pay anything for this, because it would be awesome. Meaning that for instance, my newest app is LeaveItOn by Shao-Soft, this application keeps your backlight "lit" in certain applications I.e it stays on for SocialScope or Ubertwiter whilst I'm surfing the web, reading E-Mails, In my "Options" screen ect. But if I could set that up by location, for the above to be set at home, and other programs for instance at work I could have Notepad, Contacts, Tasks to be set as always backlit, by location


It could kickin to "sleep mode" & low volume for playing tunes in my bedroom, be lightly lit & loud for watchin vids or playing tunes in my lounge.


Or text size or volume to change by location, I'm sat on top off phone at home, at work its not always by my side, I don't feel I need I have to view it from a distance.

Very interesting concept. That would stir the curiosity somewhat. I would give that app a try.

Just downloaded LeaveItOn. What a great little app.
I never heard of it before, it works great. I always have to keep pressing the bb button in the middle of one of my applications when the backlight goes out. This solves the problem.
