Tour Charging Cradle/Pod

Got this off of Ebay from Cellbatt. $18, if I am remembering correctly.
I'm sure most of you know about this little device. But, for those who do not, it is a really handy thing to have.
What you get is just the cradle, so you have to use your own power cord. It works with either the USB or electric cord that came with the Tour. The gold colored metal contacts that you see match up with the contacts on the back of the phone. You don't have to take off the battery door. It also keeps you from having to plug the phone in all the time. Just drop it in and you're good to go, the phone is charging.

Did you do eBay? If yes, go under "my eBay," won items, and see if there is a status update (select order details). If they purchase shipping labels online, it automatically adds a tracking # to the status. :)

I have one for 8330, getting my tour tomorrow!!!! (so excited). Is it the same fit? will it work?

Ya, did all that. Nothing. Funny how, all the items I purchased on friday are no status but the thing I ordered Sunday morning has already been shipped.

Did you order it from Cellbatt on eBay? If so, it took him 2 business days to ship my order. He does send an email when he ships your order, though.

I got mine from CellBatt and it came in about 5 days after ordering. Not too bad, but...Ive noticed if I dont put it in just right, like not tight down and back, it wont start to charge (checked with my wifes phone too so its the charger, not my phone). Im afraid that during the night it will stop charging, guess Ill see. How is everyone elses going?

My wife and I both have the pod and both are working fine. Just drop in the phone and it's charging without any problems. We've never had it stop charging. Maybe you got a bad one?

I ordered one from there too & at the same time that 1600mAh $7.50 battery from China. I had the battery from China before I heard anything about the cradle being shipped so I cancelled it.
If I keep the Tour I may try them again if everyone else has been happy with that seller. Note, I ordered mine on a Friday or Saturday so maybe the seller takes the beginning of the week to gather orders & ships later in the week.

He shipped it out today. Not to impressed honestly. I sent him an email asking to let me pay for faster shipping but got no reply. So I now have to wait a week before I can get it. Yea. Awesome. (LOTS of sarcasm)
