Hey Everyone, I wanted to deliver some information to anyone who has the Invisible Shield installed on their phone(s) and clear up any confusion.
I have I.S. on my 9530 and it started to peel, then rip.
When going to the Zagg Website you have to login and click on My Account.
Click on "View Your Order History & Get Warranty Replacements"
Then just choose the appropriate invoice number to get your replacement started.
I had a problem at this point because it showed my invoice status as unable to replace.
After some emails back and forth, I found the CS phone number to speak to someone in person:
1-800-700-ZAGG (9244) Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm, in the Mountain Time Zone (-7 GMT)
After a few simple questions they had for me; a new invoice was initiated and my replacement is now on it's way.
A few things to keep in mind:
1. You can get replacement I.S. as many times as it is needed.
The rule is that it is for as long as you own the device.
2. You need to pay for shipping and handling. ($3.95)
3. You have 25 days to send back the old I.S.
Peel off the old one and just stick it to the paper.
4. If you fail to send back the old one within the 25 days you will be charged for the full amount of the I.S. Typically, $25 for full body, or $15 for the screen.
Hopefully you will not need to replace your shield at any point, but if you ever do, you now have a bit more information to make the process smoother.
