Jawbone ICON Bluetooth Headset

After being selected to win the Jawbone competition last month by the wonderful guys here at

I thought I would shoot a video of it being unboxed and then give a quick review after playing with it for a few hours.

Now I didnt really realise what could be done with the headset until I have just plugged it into my PC.

As soon as you do that you are taken to the mytalk.jawbone.com web site where you can customise your device with such things as a a battery meter which shows up on your BlackBerry device and gives you a clear indication of when the headset will need recharging.

It also boasts features that mean you can listen to music and listen to the sounds during videos through the headset which is what everyone wants these days. I don't want the heavy metal rockers standing on the edge of the street to hear my Nicki Minaj tracks or Take That blaring out! Not that I am ashamed of my choice of music you understand....

You can also have a choice of the voice you hear from the headset. Either some foxy female, a hero, rouge or several others including Mandarin are available.

In all, my first few hours with my new headset have been a few happy hours... I love it and it comes with enough earpieces for you to try one a day till Christmas.
